No Pain – No Gain

For each breast, you want to start with warm water and increase this is the hottest setting that isn’t burning your skin. Then you need to turn the heat down to have cold water over your breast. While this is happening, you’ll need to massage your breast while each temperature change. This will increase and swell your breasts so they have an increased flow of blood all throughout the breast tissue.
Do this for a period that lasts up to 5 minutes, but no more than 10 minutes at most. This stimulation combined with massaging of breast tissue will allow blood to increase within the inner tissue and give your breasts a larger appearance. The results will all differ depending on your age and how active you are with exercise. Of course, eating healthy does have a better effect if you have a regular cardio workout that keeps your blood circulating well.
